Toner printed images always have particles that aren't fully fused to the Toner Transfer Paper. When colorizing TRF foils are subsequently fused to toner images and peeled off, any loose toner particles will lift off with the foil, resulting in "pinholes" in the transferred foil. To ensure colorizing foils bond completely to toner images, this toner dust must be removed by wiping over the black toner print. Also available at any hardware store. (One included in the DecalProFX Starter kit)
